Hiking

In the forests, along paths, up to the tops and down to the rivers. Hiking in RagundaValley is varied, even though we´re not part of Jämtland that is traditionally associated with hiking.

Like rest of Jämtland, we have pristine nature with water that can be drunk from the streams. the trails and paths in Jämtland and Härjedalen are all grouped under the title of Hike and Bike.
You can also walk in the footprints of the pilgrims.

The “Indalsleden" pilgrim´s path passes throughRagundaValley ; it starts in Selånger (nearSundsvall ) and ends at Nidaros Cathedral in the Norwegian city of Trondheim.

Historically, this was part of the fourth largest pilgrim´s path, Nidarosleden.
